Here's my definition of statist: A person who worships government, votes, spends time in All Politics arguing with other statists about which pile of shit makes a better ruler of the extortionate entity called government, and refuses to admit that no government has ever had non-bogus authority in spite of the facts laid out in front of them.

Dale Eastman so exactly what other system do you prefer since you seem to despise the present one. You offer criticism but little alternative. I'm thinking we have common beliefs about the extent of the control our govt is attempting to bestow on us but I also understand that some govt is necessary and am not willing to just discount it all . So what is your solution?. Mine is to return power back to the state's and local govt and have the Central govt concentrate on international issues and abide by our Constitution that was written by men much brighter than whats in control now.Actually you kind of pigeon hole yourself and need little help from me on that matter

Dale Eastman nahh you don't need to go any farther since I'm kinda enjoying my life and really don't want the kind of anarchist world you seem to envision.. I'm certainly not happy with the present situation with a Biden and crew but Im sure many will eventually wake up and cal for changes. Y'all talk a good game when it comes to getting rid of govts but you seem to always forget that when you create a vacuum some person or group will be sure to fill it. Look at Afghanistan, pretty much run by tribes and warlords who simply decree what they want. At least here, so far, we can change one gov't for the next though our choices are limited to 2 parties. It would be great to live in utopia but ain't ever gonna happen here so we do the best we can . Simply saying it all sucks doesn't help and your hatred of both sides just helps those you prob disagree with the most. We'll just have to disagree
