One - One issue that always a boggles my mind
is that the idea that a gun is a defensive weapon.
Comments.
Of course it boggles your mind. You've never considered the fact that
if a 250 pound, muscle bound bad guy accosts a 98 pound female while
swinging a baseball bat in an aggressive and threatening way, he will
stop the moment that 98 pound female presents, not aims,
not fires, but presents a hand gun with the self assurance of a woman
who knows she can hit what she aims for.
That is a myth.
Sorry chief. Your myth is busted EVERY time a weapon is presented
and a crime doesn't happen. The best you can say in opposition is
that there are no statistics on the effective defense of simply
showing a weapon.
A gun is not a defensive weapon.
Milwaukee County Sheriff David Clarke Jr. disagrees with you.
Wisconsin sheriff urges residents to arm themselves
Diane Feinstein doesn't agree either, else she wouldn't have been
carrying a concealed gun and admitting it.
Note: Three still images, so shouldn't be to large a hit on those with bandwidth limits.
A gun is an offensive weapon, used to intimidate and
u-used to show power.
That's how you have trained your hired thugs to use them.
Police officers do not carry a gun as a defensive weapon
to defend themselves or their other officers.
Then they must be using them to intimidate and show power.
They carry a gun to be able ta to do their a job in a safe
and effective manner and and face any oppositions that
we may come upon.
And what job is that? Intimidate and show power.
If it was a defensive measure, why did we lose fifty five
officers nation wide last year to gun violence?
Maybe because they were intimidating somebody for committing a
victimless crime, like not wearing a seatbelt, and said victim of the
police intimidation, harassment, and showing of power had had enough.
And unfortunately in just the two months a of this year
so far we've lost two officers to gun violence in the
state of Californian alone.
Then stop intimidating the people.
We deal with gun violence on a daily basis.
That's because your thugs are dealing violence on a daily basis.
Google California police brutality
We are asking and have been asking for reasonable
regulations, not that, not that are going to impact
the a legal gun owner.
Right. Because thugs like you and yours want to make
gun ownership itself illegal.
We're asking for reasonable regulations that will help
us keep our communities and our officers safe.
Then why aren't you asking your citizens to get a gun
and get trained on how to use it?
Kennesaw Georgia requires (not enforced) its people to get guns and training.
