Please define "law"?

How did natives American punish people who came here illegally? How were immigrants supposed to get permission to come here? Did all Native American tribes have an agreement on immigration or did they all have different policies?

i don’t understand your confusion on what law is. I tried to clear up my initial question with asking in a different way!

Simply stated: Law is a command to do or not to do some action.

I understand that you think I have a confusion regarding what law is. I don't. So that means you don't understand why I'm being a pedantic asshole. I get that, and I get that a lot. By context, I am assuming you live somewhere within the external boundaries of the continental United States. Did you immigrate to this territory or did you get born into this territory?

Dale Eastman for more a an in-depth answer you should definitely read the Old Testament, it gives great answers on how the government should operate! My short answer is God created government and sovereign appoints the people to be in the position they’re in. Humans are sinful and corrupt and that’s why the majority the governments in this world operate poorly because humans are corrupt and fallen!

Come to think of it, I don't remember seeing god's signature on The Declaration of Independence, The Articles of Confederation, nor The Constitution.

Those three organic documents being the means by which the Federal government of the United States was created.

Now if YOUR god created the British Monarchy by the bullshit fantasy of "Divine Right of Kings" then the Colonies rejecting the King's government means the entire U.S. that grew from the colonies has rejected YOUR god's alleged authority, and can never be a Christian Nation as other buybull thumpers errantly believe.
