About the Legal Disclaimer
I have put the legal disclaimer on the
top of this page, on
every page relating to my studies of the Federal Income Tax, since that
disclaimer evolved
to its present form. It is an inside joke for those who know
who Mr. Evans, Mr. Thomas, and Mr. Macdonald are.
With this
disclaimer on every page, there can not be any doubt whatsoever that I
am NOT giving legal advice.
Nor am I charging anything whatsoever for the legal advice I am NOT giving.
It does not matter who is
speaking about the truth so long as it IS the truth. The truth is
what the truth is, regardless
of who is speaking it. Charles
Manson could be telling you that the law requires you to drive on the
right side lane of a two lane highway in the U.S. The village
idiot could be telling you that the law requires you to drive on the
right side lane of a two lane highway in the U.S. Neither
messenger negates the truth by being the messenger speaking the truth.
Therefore, I can tell you what I think
the law says and where you may look it up for yourself, and it is NOT legal advice. I can give
you my opinion, and I do; SO, "DO
NOT TAKE MY WORD FOR ANYTHING ON THIS PAGE or any other
page. Go look it up for yourself."
Do not take the word of Dan
Evans, Paul Thomas, or Richard Macdonald either.
That is the only way you can know
you have found the truth, by looking it up
yourself.
The reason for this prominent
disclaimer, is that "THEY" have attempted, and in many cases suceeded,
in trampling the First Amendment RIGHTS of some of the citizens.
Mr. Pearlman,
Congratulations. Your illegal invasion of Larken's home and the
IRS' stupidity when it comes to six simple questions planted the seeds
for this website. Good Job.
And Mr. Miller, Your
recent 5 count win of one battle has only made some of us MORE
DETERMINED to see the fraud you protect FALL. In the end, you
will have to win EVERY battle. To that end you have already
failed. Not all judges are corrupt
and will roll over when the IRS says play dead (Constitution).
