Of the people, by the people, for the people

       It is from the Gettysburg Address, in a speech given by President Lincoln, that the phrase "government of the people, by the people, for the people" entered the American lexicon.  It is from that same address that President Lincoln described the Nation of the United States as, "A new nation, conceived in liberty and dedicated to the proposition that all men are created equal."


War

           I will not bow to the dictionary's definition, nor will I bow to diplomat's definition of war.  I will prescribe mine. 
War is the action whereby an individual would risk death, and would rather be dead, than to live in a world containing that which the individual is fighting against. 

        Tyranny and abridgments to one's sovereign right to exist in a free condition are concepts worth fighting for.

       What President Lincoln stated in the Gettysburg Address regarding the fallen in a Civil War, I contend, applies equally to the fallen in the War of the Revolution and the violence that is yet to come.

That we here highly resolve that these dead shall not have died in vain, that this nation under God shall have a new birth of freedom, and that government of the people, by the people, for the people shall not perish from the earth."


Liberty

Please note the purpose of the Constitution of the United States as stated in Its Preamble.

        We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.

The purpose of our government is to secure our liberty.

lib·er·ty  n., 1.a. The condition of being free from restriction or control. b. The right and power to act, believe, or express oneself in a manner of one's own choosing. c. The condition of being physically and legally free from confinement, servitude, or forced labor. See Synonyms at freedom.
2. Freedom from unjust or undue governmental control. 3. A right and power to engage in certain actions without control or interference: the liberties protected by the Bill of Rights.

Compare the above with its antithesis.
ser·vi·tude n. 1.a. A state of subjection to an owner or a master. b. Lack of personal freedom, as to act as one chooses.

slav·er·y n. The condition of a slave; the state of entire subjection of one person to the will of another.  A condition of subjection or submission characterized by lack of freedom of action or of will.

        The purpose of our government IS NOT the purpose of restraining our Liberty. 
The purpose of our government is to secure our condition of being physically and legally free from confinement, servitude, or forced labor

       Side note.  The amendment about slavery wasn't really needed.  The concept of liberty was already embodied in the Constitution.  Prima Facie, the Dred Scott decision was immoral and contrary to the very purpose of the U.S. Constitution.  I guess it was okay since Dred Scott was a possession, a thing, and was not a person, was not a person of the United States.  The highest Court in the land acted corruptly.  This is the same court the state worshippers holds aloft as fair and impartial regarding taxes.

        Think of what the government sponsored schools have transformed the word Liberty into.  How long until the dictionary words are re-defined? How long until the Orwellian newspeak when there can only be goodthink.  Goodthink that does not include the concepts of Liberty as presently defined in my American Heritage Dictionary.

       If the above did not stir your soul, it is very likely that the movie Braveheart starring Mel Gibson did not stir your soul either.  If those stories of Liberty and Freedom did not move your soul, you truly are the living dead. You are a spiritless outer hulk of a psyche damaged automaton, merely going through the motions of life, like a spinning top that has expended its energy and is ready to fall over.  You are of no worth to yourself,  you are of no worth to me.  You can not understand me, anymore than a lifeless, 150 pound boulder could understand me.  We have no common frame of humanity.  You have already resigned yourself to being a slave.

        I would curse you to the life you deserve, but for the fact that Freedom and Liberty for one can only be supported by the many...  knowing...  understanding...  supporting... and defending their sovereign rights.

Trade & Tax

       What is money?  My American Heritage says, among other definitions, that money is,

1. A commodity, such as gold, or an officially issued coin or paper note that is legally established as an exchangeable equivalent of all other commodities, such as goods and services, and is used as a measure of their comparative values on the market.


       Yeah.  Sort of. 
        Money is a symbol.  It is the symbol of labor.  Money is a median of exchange.  What is truly being exchanged is labor using the symbol of labor.  Regardless of the ratio of how much gold is equal to how much money, The existence of the gold, as a thing of value, did not come into financial circulation's as a thing of value, until somebody exerted labor in acquiring the gold.  If gold were really easy to acquire, everybody would have it and it would be worthless in trade.
        An example of this is acorns.  Acorns are easily obtained items.  It takes no more effort and exertion to acquire one, than to step outside my door and bend over.  The gold on the other hand, requires the labor of going to the mountains, and either digging for the gold in a mine, or swishing countless grains of sand out of the pan while standing in a river.  In either case, it takes labor to acquire gold.

        Pacific coast indians used shells for money. The shells were hard to get by virtue of  the shellfish living under the surface of the water, from moderate depths to as deep as two or three miles.  Keep in mind, this form of money was acquired by unaided diving.  How long one could hold their breath, how deep one could dive, and how effective one was at depth, while harvesting this shellfish all contributed to the relative scarcity of this form of money.  Shell money is still in use on many Pacific tropical islands.

        The value of any medium is what consensus agrees it means.  Since money is a symbol, that symbol has the value that all agree to. The proof of the symbology of money, the value of money by consensus, can easily be illustrated under conditions where the faith in the consensus value of the money is challenged.  Imagine a crop failure on a world wide level from, say, an atomic war or an asteroid strike.  You can't eat gold.  You can't eat Federal Reserve Notes.

       Barter is not the trade of goods or services.  Barter is the trade of the labor exerted in raising the pig, milking the cow, growing the wheat, or making bread.  It is not the trade of the milk for the bread, it is the trade of the labor.  If you milk a cow for me, I'll bake you a loaf of bread.

       Money is the symbol of labor.  That different labor begets different rates of pay is immaterial and may be put aside.  For this example, We will assume that an individual works a 40 hour work week.  This person's pay is fixed such that at the end of the year, his tax is exactly 25% of his gross income.  In fact, in this example, this person's withholding is exactly 25% of his payroll period gross income.  The reality is that this person worked for 40 hours and received compensation for 30.  The government "took" 25% of his labor.  What does the barter look like in the paragraph above, if we apply a tax of 25% from this paragraph?

       You have milked a cow for me, and I have baked a loaf of bread for you.  We are about to make a trade when the IRS shows up to collect.  I am forced to give 1 quart of milk to the government thug since it is the 'income' from my labor of baking you a loaf of bread.  You are forced to chop 1/4 off your loaf of bread and give it to the government thug, since that is your 'income' from your labor of milking a cow for me.  The government thug claims that this is to redistribute the wealth to the needy lady at the other end of town, who's husband has abandoned her and her child.  As the government thug is charged to do, he takes the quart of milk and quarter loaf of bread to the lady.  Since he must be paid for his service, and it's lunch time, he collects his income by drinking a cup of milk and eating two slices of bread.  He just happens to be passing his office at that time, and he has a supervisor that must be paid for his labor also.

       Anticipating that some will challenge the trade of goods, I will repeat the above scenario with only labor itself actually exchanged.

       I have spent 30 hours of the 40 hours expected this week to complete the job of putting up your fence for you.  You have spent 30 hours of the 40 hours expected this week to complete the job of wet plastering my new home.  The government thug found out about us.  We both have to give him 25% of our labor for the week.  This means we are to work 10 hours each, 20 hours total for the government thug.  We are to repair the fence and the walls for the poor lady at the other end of town, whose husband abandoned her and her child.  Of the 20 hours we must give the government thug, 4 must be repairing the government thug's home, and 2 must be repairing the thug's supervisor's home.  They both need to be compensated for their labor as government thugs.


Tax Is Taking

       As shown above,  Tax is the taking of property.  Tax is the taking of labor.  The taking of Tax is taking.   There are references in several court decisions that agree that labor is property.

        "Tax Is Taking."   It is a simple concept, Just three words long.  It does not matter if the taking is with or without the consent or permission of the person being taxed, the tax is still taking.

        "Tax Is Taking."  Idiots and fools that argue otherwise should have their noses rubbed in the closest dictionary much like the house training of an errant puppy.

        "Tax Is Taking."  Tyrant wannabe's and mind police wannabe's that argue otherwise should be killed immediately, with whatever item is handy, and in any manner that is the most painful. 

        "Tax Is Taking."  Without honesty regarding this concept, NO discussion of tax would ever be honest.  Anything dishonest regarding taking is called THEFT.


       The labor sacrifice in the last paragraph of Trade & Tax is mandatory, or under section 6151 of the Infernal Robbery Code (IRC) we can be sentenced to prison.  Recall these definitions:

slav·er·y n. The condition of a slave; the state of entire subjection of one person to the will of another.  A condition of subjection or submission characterized by lack of freedom of action or of will.


Liberty is 100% or it is not Liberty.  One is not at Liberty if one is only 75% free.

Patrick Henry did not say,  "Is life so dear or peace so sweet as to be purchased at the price of chains and slavery? Forbid it, Almighty God! I know not what course others may take, but as for me, give me 75% liberty, or give me 75 % death!"


Death IS 100%

       His long time friend was kneeling next to him, reloading his musket when the ball fired from a British musket opened a hole in his friend's forehead.  As the musket ball continued into his friend's brain, severing capillaries and nerves, and scrambling brain tissue, his friend died.  Then his friend fell over.

       The man with the long gun finished rodding the powder and the ball into the musket.  He quickly put a dash of powder in the flint lock and cocked it back as he raised the gun to firing position.  With the butt of the gun firmly against his shoulder, he chose his next target. As he centered his sights in the middle of the Redcoat's chest, he elevated his aim just slightly to account for distance. Breathe, Aim, Sight, Squeeze.  The technique that works best for him was to gently squeeze the trigger, and gently increase the pressure on the trigger until the weapon fired.  He was always surprised when he reached the pressure that released the hammer.  The kept him from jerking the gun's aim while pulling the trigger thereby insuring the target would be hit.

       Crack!  The gun kicked him in the shoulder.  The Redcoat fell to the ground.  Another human being died.  He didn't have time to contemplate this action.  He had to reload and fire. He had to kill another agent of the tyrannical king acting for the tyrannical king who had sent them.  He had to do this in the immediate case to avoid the same fate for himself.  A fate his friend had already met. 

        He knew the same fate could very well happen to him.  He did not consider death enough to be afraid of it.  He was more concerned with something else.  He would rather be dead than living under the tyranny that he was fighting against.

       I personally find it hard to conceive, that men who fought in a war, Men who aimed guns at other men and killed them, men who lost friends, over concurrently running themes of anti-taxation, Freedom, and Liberty, would turn around and choose to create a government that put that same yoke of oppression back around their necks.  It just doesn't make sense.
