Irwin and his attorney have choosing the “downward departure” process. That a submission through mental incompetence not the best but might reduce the prison time. Personally, I wish Irwin could serve the time for everyone he’s ever mislead, who ever had to spent one minute of time in jail for listening to his b.s.
